Storage
Is your storage facility secure?
Absolutely. We opeate from a purpose built 35,000 square foot document storage facility with strict access controls and 24-hour security, fire and CCTV monitoring.
Do I have to use your archive boxes?
We do prefer you to use our boxes (reinforced cardboard ensures our boxes are built to last). However, we happily accept other archive boxes, sized between 1.1 and 1.6 cubic feet.
Is there a limit on the number of boxes I can store with Box Up?
There is no limit on the number of boxes you can store with us. If the number of boxes you need to store exceeds the storage plans available on our website, just get in touch and request a quote
Is there a minimum number of boxes I need to store?
Unlike many of our competitors, we have no minimum order size. you can start storing with a single archive box.
Is there a minimum contract term?
A three month minimum subscription term applies after which you can modify or cancel your subscription anytime.
Delivery & Collections
What are your delivery and collection charges?
Your first collection is free.
After this collections and deliveries are charged at €15.00 + €1.50 for each box handled.
For example:
If you ordered 4 boxes back from storage, you would be charged €21.00 (€15.00 +€1.50 +€1.50 +€1.50 +€1.50)
If you ordered 4 boxes back, and had us collect 1 box in one trip, you would be charged €22.50 (€15.00 +€1.50 +€1.50 +€1.50 +€1.50 +€1.50).
How do I get my boxes back?
Simply login to our storage portal and select the box(es) that you would like returned. Add them to the cart and select the date you would like them returned.
How quickly can I get a box back?
We aim to deliver boxes back to you the next working day, if ordered before 4.30pm Monday-Friday.
How do I order boxes or barcode labels?
If you haven’t yet created an account, please create one here and follow the steps to receive boxes and barcodes.

Pricing & Payment
How will I be charged?
Payment will recur monthly or annually depending on the storage plan you select, using the debit/credit card details you provide.
Is there an exit fee?
Unlike many of our competitors, there are no exit-fees with Box Up. That means no termination charges, no permanent withdrawal fees or longterm renewal dates.
Why don't I just use a self storage company?
Storing with us costs as little as €15 per month. Comparatively, a 100sq ft self storage unit would typically cost in the region of €200 per month.
Additionally, our storage portal allows you to manage your inventory online without ever having to visit a storage facility.
